These are extremely commonplace 21st century problems which affect millions. Left unchecked, problems may become more serious but in most cases people can quite easily be professionally helped.

Why not treat yourself to some relaxing hypnotherapy?

We use modern visualisation techniques help your subconscious mind learn how to become confident and remain calm in the face of everyday pressures. Most people will find they are able to deal with people and situations more easily and enjoyably after just one session.

We’re currently helping people from either their most comfortable chair in the living room or sometimes while they’re reclining in bed at home. We like to meet online using Zoom or Skype to introduce the session, answer any questions you may have and establish what issues you would like to improve. We then switch over to using the telephone for the hypnotherapy, when I’ll as you to use your headphones.

Hypnotherapy is very pleasant and calming, it works best with your eyes closed and you don’t have to do anything at all, just relax and listen!

My name is Tracy Bond and I’m also a fully trained & qualified life coach, NLP practitioner and counsellor, BACP accredited and fully insured.

So, book yourself an appointment and relax while we help you take positive steps to a calmer, more enjoyable and rewarding 2021!

An initial appointment is 90 minutes and costs £70. Any subsequent appointments are 50 minutes and £50.

More about hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy and visualization work directly with the subconscious mind to help us to change the things that aren’t working in our lives, so we can make better choices and start living better. Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy using the power of positive suggestion to change issues such as phobias, anxiety, depression, anger management, weight control, IBS and addictions.

Visualization - or creative visualization - is a very powerful and accessible way to improve your body and mind balance and reach goals that are important to you, by using your imagination in a positive way.

Do hypnotherapy & visualization work?

When you think about hypnosis, you might well imagine someone going glassy-eyed as a watch is swung in front of their eyes - or a hypnotized person doing embarrassing things on a stage while the audience laughs. But modern hypnotherapy is a lot more developed than that. It involves being put into a state of mind in which your conscious mind is extremely relaxed while your subconscious mind is more receptive to positive suggestions of new behaviours and ways of thinking that will benefit you. Hypnotherapy has been shown to be effective for 85% of people, and to have effects that are long lasting and often permanent, without harmful side effects. Whether you want to quit smoking or nail biting, have better weight control or improve your work, study or sporting performance, hypnotherapy is a powerful tool. And it goes deeper than that: hypnotherapy can help people with emotional problems, improve your self-confidence, reach more of your potential in work and relationships and release phobias and compulsions. It’s an excellent stress-reliever, and some types are helpful for depression and anxiety. Hypnotherapy also improves physical problems such as irritable bowel syndrome. Clinical hypnotherapy is effective when used alongside traditional treatment and also after other forms of treatments have not worked.

Can everybody be hypnotised?

If they want to, yes. I believe everybody can be hypnotised.

I also believe that anybody can resist being hypnotised if they want to. Therefore nobody can be hypnotised against their will.

What if I don’t wake up afterwards?

Believe it or not, this is a very common question! While you’re under hypnosis most people feel extremely relaxed and comfortable but you will remain fully conscious throughout with the knowledge that, if you wanted to, you’d be able to open your eyes and sit up at any time.
